Readers for production quality control
HDF Sp. z o.o. offers specialist readers for quality control. They are often used to identification and to eliminate any faults in production process.
Contrast readers
- The KT 10 contrast scanner is designed for high speed, reflecting or transparent materials,
- Contrary to standard equipment, the repetition rate of 25 kHz makes it capable of high-speed scanning.
- The narrow light spot of only 0.8 mm x 4 mm enables precise detection of repetitions, print and fold marks,
- The adjustable release delay increases the impulse duration of the switching signal and consequently detection reliability even on reflecting or transparent materials.
- KT 10 has three-color transmitter light source: red, green and blue – the sensor checks independently at each
- Teach-in procedures can chose, which of the three transmitter diodes is best suited for achieving the highest degree of detection reliability.
