Maintainance service of Intermec company’s devices. Since the beginning of April 2008 r. HDF has been extending the scope of maintainance service. As one of few companies in Poland we are able to repair all Intermec devices. In April 2008 HDF company opened a new Sales Representation in Kraków. Our customers of Małopolska region are invited to visit Kraków Sales Department.

HDF was awarded Zebra Advanced Partner Certificate for the year 2008 and the authorized service status of Zebra company (ZASP - Zebra Authorized Service Provider). All workers of HDF service department have ZASE Certificate. (Zebra Authorized Service Engineer). Zebra Certificate is the best globally recognized guarantee of high quality service.

HDF was awarded CISCO Partner Select Certificate for 2008. The Certificate is awarded to the companies providing professional services to small and medium-sized companies. The certificate requires four specialist exams. HDF complies with all CISCO Systems regulations and as a certified partner of CISCO Systems company we offer equipment for teleinformation network installation – wire and wireless, protection service, as well as advanced measurements of Wi-Fi propagation signal. What is more, HDF provides technical assistance and expertise.

HDF was awarded IBM Business Partner Certificate for the year 2008. IBM Business Partner title recognizes excellence in sales and technical assistance. As business partner of IBM company we have access to resources that allow us to constantly improve our qualifications and add new IBM solutions to our offer.

In December 2007 HDF opened a new department in Katowice and Sales Representation in Piła. In Katowice Division, skilled sales and service representatives are waiting for our customers from Silesia region. Our customers of Wielkopolska region are invited to visit Piła Sales Department.

Offerion 3.4 was awarded in a prestigious Golden Processors 2007 competition. Golden Processors has been organised since 1999 by "Teleinfo" editorial staff. It recognizes the most innovative products and solutions which strengthen competetiveness of company and economy. The chapter includes the representatives of the most computerized Polish companies and institutions (according to TELEINFO 100 rating), prominent market analysts as well as representatives of editors and editorial staff.

Offerion 3.4. was awarded in "Application supporting management for MSP" category. The criteria of the competition included: functionality, innovativeness of the technologies, flexibility of modification, compatibility with other systems, productivity to price rate.

In November 2007 HDF became a business partner of Motorola/Symbol company in DPM area and was awarded certificate which authorizes to:

• help in choosing the device and DPM marking method
