Golden Service Package

Golden service package includes:

  • 10 hours of assistance of IT expert or programmer (telephone and e-mail)
  • Configuration of the following device:
    • barcode readers
    • label and plastic cards printers
    • radio terminals (Wireless Terminals)
    • batch terminals (Batch Terminals)
    • radio switches (Wirless Switch)
    • radio access points (Access Points)
  • immediate and insured dispatch of device by courier mail to and from HDF (all costs covered by HDF)
  • repair within 10 days
  • free diagnosis, maintainance, regulation and cleaning the device 2 times during the service package
  • free change of the head in a label printer 1
  • guaranteed rental of a replacement device for the time of repair 2
  • 50% of discount for HDF maintainance service
  • guaranteed reaction time of HDF service notification– 2 working hours, if the notification was accepted on a working day between 9.00 and 17.00
  • free training on the device purchased at HDF
  • 24-hour free service helpline
    • Validity of package: 12 months.
    Notification of damages: 7 days a week, 24 h/day
    Package price per one device: 15 % of device value (no les than 2 000 PLN) net
    The package is available within 30 days from the purchase date
