Our technicians from service repair department have ZASE (Zebra Authorized Service Engineer) certificates. Zebra certificate is globally recognized warranty of high quality service repairs. All repairs are made with original subassemblies and according to manufacturers’ standards. - Fast repair

All repairs are fast and efficient. The average warranty repair time of Zebra company takes 1 day, Motorola/Symbol company – 4 days, Intermec devices – 6 days, and SATO devices – 3 days. We have well equipped spare parts warehouse. All repairs are made with original subassemblies and according to manufacturers’ standards. That is why we ensure fast and efficient repair. - We have professional diagnostic equipment

Our customer can rent a replacement device of the same configuration for the time of repair. - Professional assistance on automatic identification devices

Service repair department has in-depth knowledge and provides professional assistance in Auto ID systems. We help our customers to choose the best devices that suit their company’s profile. Not every device is highly efficient or can work in extreme external conditions– for the best device that fits specific needs and conditions please contact our technicians for expert advice. Professional assistance of HDF workers was recognized by the certificate of Motorola/Symbol company, a worldwide manufacturer of automatic identification devices. - Damage diagnosis and repair in customer’s location

Our technicians of service repair department visit our customers and diagnose the condition of the devices or repair them on customer’s location. In case the device requires more serious repair, the customer is given initial cost estimation of the repair and can rent a replacement device for the time of repair. - Configuration of purchased devices before the dispatch

For our customers the devices are configured prior to the dispatch.
