HDF software service

Software on customer’s request

HDF box applications

We provide service to HDF software. Terms of software service on customer’s demand depend on customer’s individual provisions under the sale agreement. Warranty and post-warranty repairs of these applications are free of charge and made within 12 months upon the purchase day.

We also provide service for ready box applications, compatible with automatic identification systems e.g. HDF Labels 2007, HDF Stocktaking 2007. The service of ready applications is provided within 14 days upon noticing the damage unless otherwise provided in the license agreement.

Zebra printers

Average repair time: 3 days

Authorized warranty and post-warranty service

Place of repair: customer’s location or HDF Headquarters

Repair of Zebra printers is made from 1 to 5 working days upon receiving the broken device. The printers are serviced at customer’s location or in one of our departments. Please bring your printer to our headquarters personally or send it by courrier mail.


Terminals and readers of Motorola/Symbol

Average repair time: 4 days

Authorized warranty and post-warranty service

Place of repair: customer’s location or HDF Headquarters

Warranty repairs of Motorola/Symbol devices are made from 1 to 10 working days upon receiving the broken device. Post-warranty repairs are made from 1 to 30 days. The average warranty repair takes 4 days. The devices are diagnosed and serviced at Customer’s location or in one of HDF departments. Please bring your printer to our headquarters personally or send it by courrier mail.

Intermec printers and readers

Average repair time: 6 days

Post-warranty service

Place of repair: customer’s location or HDF Headquarters

Post-warranty repair of Intermec devices are made from 1 to 14 working days upon receiving the broken device. The average repair time takes 5 days. The devices are diagnosed and serviced at Customer’s location or at HDF Headquarters. Please bring your printer to our headquarters personally or send it by courrier mail.

SATO printers

Average repair time: 4 days

Warranty and post-warranty service

Place of repair: customer’s location or HDF Headquarters

Warranty and post-warranty repairs of SATO printers are made from 1 to 9 working days upon receiving the device. The average repair time is 4 days. The repairs are made in customer’s location or at HDF Headquarters. Please bring your printer to our headquarters personally or send it by courrier mail.

Other devices

Average repair time: 14 days

Post-warranty service

Place of repair: customer’s location or HDF Headquarters

We also run an authorized post-warranty service repair of Pryor devices. Moreover our post-warranty service covers repair of all automatic identification devices. We provide service repair of readers, terminals, tablets and printers made by Xplore Technologies, PSION Teklogix, PSC Datalogic, HHP, Datamax. The reapairs are made from 1 do 30 days upon receiving the device. The average repair time is 14 days. The devices are serviced at HDF Headquarters. Please bring your printer to our headquarters personally or send by courrier mail.
