Customize to your own needs

• Rental's registration has automatic (using the terminal) or manual options
• Access to the history of rentals - the application includes history of rentals made by the given customer as well as the history of renting the given object
• Printing the rental documentation - while registering the given object, the application automatically generates the relevant document for the customer along with rental manual. When the object is returned, the application generates a new document and sums up the payment - sums up the rental price and penalties for keeping up, damage, etc.
• Stocktaking is carried out in two ways : automatically (using the terminal) or manually (by inserting data directly to the application installed on PC computer). During the stocktaking process, application's functions for continuing or starting the new stocktaking process are very useful.
• Label printing - the application allows to print the labels for rented objects and localizations. Default application provides six patterns for printing labels of different size. New patterns can be added.
• Generating reports and lists according to information saved in the application. The application makes stocktaking reports and lists including the criteria chosen by the user-e.g. eliminated products, number of rentals and returns in a given time, etc.
• Controlling rental management is easier thanks to comprehensive database on the rented objects. You can describe, comment or add files to every object. In case the object is eliminated it is still saved in memory but not recognized during the stocktaking process. With the eliminated objects, the system automatically generates additional bookmark: „reason of elimination" which includes the information concerning: reason and elimination time, the person responsible for elimination process.
• Continuous update of information on the objects in stock, network form of the application. You can connect with the database from any place, many users can use the application at the same time, data are currently being updated.
• Defining multilevel system of rights - the system enables to define different types of rights for particular workers and group of workers. This means that only chosen people have access to all information Rights ascribed to particular groups and workers can be modified individually. Unlimited number of users can be added to the user's list; and if there is such need the scope of their rights can be modified.
• Object classification - there is an option to classify the objects in the rental individually
• Advanced search engine helps to find any important information and filter/sort the data individually.
• Access to information on rented objects - there is an option to browse the current rental status together with descriptions and photos of the offered objects. Therefore the customer using the application installed on his PC computer can select the object for renting.
• Generating the reminders - with every start of the application the window with reminders defined for a given object is generated. Reminders can be defined individually e.g. the application can generate information on return time overdue.
• Discounts - application allows loyalty system management. Application can be configured in such a way that you get points for every rental and discounts are provided for the given sum.
