In HDF for the manufacture of seals used special foil with an adhesive, this adhesive causes permanent damage to the labels when someone attempts to break them. Our warranty seals can be applied to all types of surface (including stainless steel, glass, painted steel, plastics, ...), which are oily or dusty. They can also be used in places where there are high temperatures, moisture, oils, lubricants, chemicals, etc.
In HDF offer we have several types of protective seals. The seals are available in three versions; they can be blank, partly printed or fully printed as a final product.
The product warranty seals use the following types of self-adhesive foils:
- Polyester foil -type VOID.
The foil is available in silver color, shiny or matt. The attempt to a break seal leaves a mark „VOID” on the seal and on the product, which is indicative of a security breach. Labels are resistant to a temperature from -46°C to 135°C, to water, salts and alkalis, mild acids, gasoline, motor oils and cleaning products. For the production of seals we use acrylic adhesive with high strength and durability of glue, thanks to this seals can be attached on the stainless steel, glass, painted steel, plastics. These types of seals are most often used as a guarantee seal or to secure documents and packages.
- Vinyl foil
For the production of this type of labels we use a special vinyl foil with acrylic adhesive. This foil is flexible and can be use to glue on porous and curved surfaces. The strong adhesive allows to apply the foil to most materials, including painted metal and plastic. Thanks to the strong glue, deglutination of the label in whole and its re-application is impossible. An additional advantage of this type of label is that they do not conduct electric current, and can be used to mark computer parts, electronic components, etc. These labels are characterized by good durability, they can be apply outside buildings, where they resist at least 5 years, inside buildings duration of their use is unlimited.
- Acrylic crumble foil
For the production of this type of labels we use acrylic, crumble foil. After 15 minutes from adhesion, the attempt to break the seals causes its crumbling and makes impossible to fall off the seal in its entirety (damaged label may be evidence of a breach of security). This seals are resistant to chemicals and fungus, and the temperature from -46°C to 93°C. They can be used on almost all surfaces. The labels do not conduct electric current and can be used inside mobile phones, computers and electronic equipment.
- Double-layer foam foil
In this type of labels, when someone tries to break them from surface, only the top layer breaks from the surface, the lower layer stay on the object. This stratification of material is irreversible and provides evidence of a breach of security. Foam labels can be used in temperatures from -20°C to 80°C. They are resistant to water, mild acids, salts and alkalis, gasoline, motor oils and cleaning products. For the manufacture of those seals we use durable and strength glue. This allows to apply labels on surfaces such as stainless steel, glass, painted steel, plastics and others. Very often there are used as the information label.
Printed on the label is resistant to moisture and UV rays. The shape, size and content of the seals can be freely designed.
