The HDF Inwentaryzacja program is available in two main variants, Standard and Business, both offering a perpetual license with a one-year warranty. The Standard version includes all key features such as asset registration, manual inventory, automatic depreciation, reporting. The Business version extends these capabilities to include automatic mobile inventory using data collectors and cloud features for data exchange; however, it requires a separate HDF InvMobile license for each collector. Both packages also provide 12 months of technical support.
HDF Inwentaryzacja is our proprietary software for the registration, depreciation, and inventory of fixed assets. The full product name is HDF Inwentaryzacja — sometimes abbreviated as HDF Inv. The currently available version is HDF Inwentaryzacja 7.

How does the Business license differ from the Standard license in terms of functionality?

The Business version, in addition to all Standard features (registration, depreciation, reports), offers the ability to conduct automated inventory using data collectors and data exchange via the cloud.

Are data collectors or their licenses included in the price of the Business license?

No, the Business license does not cover the cost of the hardware (collectors) or the licenses for the mobile inventory application on the collectors; these elements must be purchased separately.

What is the warranty and technical support period after purchasing the program?

Each program variant comes with a 12-month warranty and 12 months of technical support — ESSENTIAL support for the Standard version and PREMIUM support for the Business version. The license is perpetual and transferable.

Can I buy the software alone without hardware? Do you support devices purchased elsewhere?

Yes, all variants Standard, Business and HDF InvMobile — can be purchased without hardware. We also support data collectors purchased by the customer from other suppliers. With every HDF InvMobile license, we provide free assistance in configuring the application on your mobile device.

What do I need to run HDF Inwentaryzacja besides the software?

A computer with Windows 10 or 11 and Microsoft SQL Server 2019 or later — either the free Express edition (downloadable from Microsoft's website) or a commercial Standard or Enterprise edition if you already have one. SQL Server is installed separately from HDF Inwentaryzacja. During remote installation, our technician configures both applications and the database.
