The device enables efficient management of production processes, effective quality control, measurement of operator working time, automation of routine tasks, which translates to higher efficiency, reduced costs, and minimization of the risk of operator errors.
Construction and Technology of Bilberry xT Designed for durability and reliability. It is based on a single-board computer. It utilizes Progressive Web Apps (PWA) technology for fast generation of interfaces for operators. The metal enclosure provides resistance to damage, and the compact size enables easy installation in various environments. The device features 3 programmable buttons, 4 USB ports (2x USB 2.0; 2x USB 3.0), Ethernet 1000 Mb/s, and a 4.3-inch color LCD display. The device meets industrial standards for resistance to vibration, electromagnetic interference, and extreme temperatures.

Thanks to it, you will optimize material usage, shorten order fulfillment times for customers, accurately count the consumption of materials and raw materials, and measure the working time of operators at each workstation.
How Bilberry xT Works? The device is fully programmable, like a computer, and allows for controlling barcode scanners, label printers, the Waga xT, and other devices connected to USB ports. It typically operates in a client-server mode, meaning it is centrally managed by an application installed in the client’s cloud. Integration of its functions with existing ERP or WMS systems is very easy, ensuring data consistency and full control over processes.
