HDF Software sp. z o.o. is entitled to use the following trademarks:
- the word trademark HDF® – used since 2001;
- the figurative trademark “HDF Logo” in orange-grey colour scheme – used since 2021;
- the word-figurative trademark “Bilberry xT” in orange-grey colour scheme – filed for registration in 2021;
- the word trademark “h::ai” – registered in December 2025 by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
The “h::ai” trademark is used in systems and artificial intelligence solutions developed by the Company.
Registered European Union Design
The Company is also entitled on the basis of registration of a Registered Community Design with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) under No. 008457477-0001, covering the industrial design described as: “Control boxes, Control consoles”.
