Example Counting Process – From Scan to Document.

Imagine an operator needs to retrieve a specific quantity of nuts from the warehouse. Instead of counting them manually, the operator scans the barcode of the nuts using a barcode scanner. Product information and an image appear on the screen, streamlining the process. The operator places a handful of nuts into the scale container, and the system automatically counts their quantity. After the process is complete, the system generates a WZ (outgoing delivery) or PZ (incoming delivery) document and automatically transmits data to the ERP system. In the case of a PZ document, the system compares the quantity of products on the package with the actual stock and reports any discrepancies. It's truly simple, fast, and precise.

The Waga xT combines modern technology with a robust construction. Its metal housing provides resistance to mechanical damage and weather conditions, allowing for safe use in any industrial environment. The device operates within a wide temperature range (from -10°C to +50°C) and is available in five different weight measurement ranges: 1 kg, 2 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, and 200 kg. Furthermore, its modular design allows for easy mounting on forklifts or production lines, further increasing its flexibility. Configuration of other scales, including a 200g scale, is available on request.

Features and Integration with ERP or WMS Systems.

The Waga xT offers a wide range of functionalities, including offline mode, allowing you to count goods even when not connected to the network. The device works with the Bilberry xT kiosk, which offers additional functions such as resetting the scale, generating PZ or WZ documents, and automatically ordering missing items. Additionally, the system can import data about the weight of a single item from the client’s ERP or WMS systems.

The solution includes ready-to-use devices, however, integration and configuration are implemented on a customized basis to meet your individual requirements. The price of the entire set depends on the selected scale, the ERP or WMS system used, the scope of technical support, the reporting method, the number of workstations, and additional accessories, such as a barcode scanner, numeric keypad, or label printer.

The Waga xT is used wherever manual counting is time-consuming and prone to errors: counting nuts, bolts, washers, nails, dowels, and small components, as well as GR quality control, order picking (GI), and warehouse inventory. It is an ideal solution for production, maintenance, logistics, and warehouses.

How to create an SSCC barcode label?

The operator scans the product's barcode. The system displays data and a photo of the item. The scale automatically calculates the number of pieces based on the reference weight. GI or GR documents are generated automatically, and data is sent directly to the ERP system. The entire process takes a few seconds and eliminates manual counting errors.
