This is the ideal solution for dynamically growing organizations using web servers based on popular CMS systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla). Service is available during extended hours with a guaranteed, shorter response time (SLA). The package includes full administration of databases and key network services.
Minimum contract value: €390 net / month

Enterprise
Full, advanced IT support for complex and critical server environments. Includes deep performance optimization, advanced security mechanisms, and expert email management (Zimbra). This package is designed for companies where 24/7 service continuity is mission-critical. We guarantee round-the-clock SLA, access to all additional services, and advanced administration and optimization of High Availability databases.
