The Honeywell Xenon 1950g is a scanner specially designed for the fast reading of poorly printed or very dense codes. It can be used where traditional scanners cannot read damaged codes and in retail. The scanner comes in two versions of the scanning module: SR for standard reading range and HR for small and dense barcodes. The device can work in automatic mode (using the stand) or in manual mode (using the trigger button).

The device is resistant to various types of dust and water, as it has an IP 41 rating. Another advantage is its reinforced design, which means it can withstand drops from a height of 1.8 m (up to 50 times) and 0.5 m (up to 2000 times).
