guarantees a response to your request within 2 business days (excluding shipping time)* and provides repair of damage resulting from daily use of the device and damage caused by accident. The service plan includes repair, original factory parts and selected upgrades. Customers also receive Wavelink Avalanche and Terminal Emulation software for managing mobile computers. As a plus, Datalogic also pays for round-trip shipping costs **. The length of the service plan is 3 and 5 years, renewable.

EASEOFCARE 5-DAY

provides customers with device repair within 5 business days, excluding shipping time. The plan covers repair of damage caused during daily use and damage caused accidentally. The plan provides original factory parts, selected software updates and support with Wavelink Avalanche and Terminal Emulation software for mobile computer management. Datalogic covers the cost of shipping the device back to the customer after it is repaired. The length of the contract is 3 and 5 years, with the possibility of renewal.

EASEOFCARE OVERNIGHT REPLACEMENT COMPREHENSIVE

Ensures product replacement as early as the next day. The plan guarantees the availability of Datalogic spare parts and includes protection of the device from both normal wear and tear and accidental damage. Under the plan, the manufacturer provides original factory parts and selected software updates. The service also provides Wavelink Avalanche mobile computer management software and maintenance. Datalogic pays shipping both ways to generate savings. Contract lengths are 3 and 5 years, with the possibility of renewal.

EASEOFCARE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

is a plan that aims to keep the device in the best possible condition through two, follow-up visits per year.

In addition, scheduled maintenance visits are offered. Service technicians perform the necessary maintenance and repair of the device and restore the system configuration to the appropriate settings. After the visit, the customer receives a certified statement of the device's condition.

Datalogic employees provide constantly updated technical knowledge (know-how) that relates to advanced technological solutions. Therefore, in-house training courses for technical staff are also conducted as part of the plan. These trainings range from minor maintenance and repair activities to correct system configuration restoration. The length of the contract is 1 year.
