Service Plans:
Platinum Support Contract
The Platinum Support contract offers 2-day repair of your equipment or replacement with a new one. This contract covers a wide range of services, including repair and replacement of damaged parts, access to replacement parts, accessory replacement and battery refresh. In addition, the plan provides printer consumables management, technical support and Android Service.
Gold Maintenance Service
allows you to flexibly tailor the maintenance contract to your individual needs. The plan lasts for 3 or 5 years, with the option to renew*. Gold Maintenance Service guarantees device cleaning and maintenance, phone support, and the ability to submit an online return authorization request. It also provides the ability to select additional service options from a list to personalize support (Not all upgrades are available in all regions).

- On-site repair (applies to selected printers)
- Turnaround time in service within 2 days

Basic Warranty service
Provides cost-effective repair of the device, including repair of device part failures. The contract can be extended for up to 2 years, with a fixed service price*. The plan also includes cleaning and maintenance of the device, telephone support, online return authorization request and access to service history.
