The Honeywell PC45 is a desktop label printer that is available in two types: thermal transfer (PC45T) and thermal (PC45D). It is the successor to the PC43 series, on which it models its proven design. What sets it apart is its seamless and wireless connectivity (Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Bluetooth 5.2 LE), or its large color and touchscreen LCD display with a single print button that will make it easy for you to use the printer. Its dimensions are 168mm x 181.3mm x 215.6mm (PC45D) and 179.6mm x 212.9mm x 285.5mm (PC45T). The PC45D models are not only more compact, but also slightly lighter than the thermal transfer models (2.7kg), as they weigh 1.8kg. They operate at temperatures from 0 to 45°C.

They print labels at both 203 and 300 dpi resolution, allow you to resize objects on the label, such as barcodes, or let you change the text font, without having to design a new label. They support ZPL II, Fingerprint, DP, IPL, PDF, or C# programming languages. You'll find Ethernet 10/100 Mbps, USB 2.0 Host, USB 2.0 Device interfaces, and you can optionally equip them with RS-232 input. The printers support labels with a maximum print width of 108 mm (at 203 dpi quality) and 106 mm (at 300 dpi). It prints labels with liner, without liner, receipts, wristbands, tags, labels with a black mark (sensor), or labels with a gap separating them. Optionally, you can equip it with an RFID label printing option, a cutter, an external label ribbon roll holder, or a cellular modem.
