HDF Labels, Zebra Designer or Seagull Bartender are programs dealing strictly with the creation of labels tailored to the needs of the enterprise. Not only will they allow us to quickly create a label in a specific size, but with the use of a template, they will automatically put the required data on it, and that with a minimum likelihood of mistake, which is very high in the case of entering data manually. The option to connect to a database or Excel and CSV files significantly shortens the design process itself, as the data is downloaded automatically and we do not have to ask the accounting, sales or warehouse department for it. An important part of the application of the program for label design, is the option to connect it with other information systems supporting the company - the database of the warehouse, the database of the MES system, etc.

HDF Labels provides more than 114 types of barcodes, and has an additional option to set the width of individual barcode modules independently. Programs like HDF Labels or Bartender also allow you to combine several texts or template fields into one parameter. This means that the same barcode can contain data from different fields, which after reading the code will nevertheless be separate information. This is very important, for example, when creating smart access cards or labels used in mailings.

The label design program also allows you to shrink or enlarge the label to fit the needs of production or transportation. Thanks to the ability to save the label as a template, it will not be necessary to re-create tags - parameters, because you can use the ones already designed, changing only some parameters.

For example, HDF Labels was created with the devices of most label printing equipment manufacturers in mind, as well as ordinary paper printers. Bartender, on the other hand, offers its program in four versions ranging from one designed for basic options such as office use to a version used by large manufacturing concerns. The only requirement to use the label software is to install it on a computer connected to the printer.
