Service plans available:

Zebra OneCare Essential

Zebra OneCare Essential is a service plan that includes phone support, device repair within 3 days, as well as software and security updates for your device. In addition, you have access to the VisibilityIQ OneCare service, which allows you to report on repairs.

Zebra OneCare Select

The Zebra OneCare Select plan provides full 24/7 technical support. It offers all the benefits included in the Essential plan plus: 24/7 phone support, delivery of a replacement device the next business day with the correct settings, software, applications, operating system and service.

Zebra OneCare Special Value (SV)

This is a dedicated plan for budget printers and mobile devices, providing technical support, software support, repair within 5 days and optional insurance for accidental damage. Mobile users also get access to VisibilityIQ OneCare, a cloud-based tool.

Zebra OneCare Technical and Software Support

The Technical and Software Support service plan provides access to professional technical support and Zebra's exclusively provided security patches and software updates, including the LifeGuard service. In addition, it includes support for applications, both those developed by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and third-party vendors.
