Warehouse management system

The platform consists of specialised modules, and works with mobile devices operated by employees.

We were tasked with developing a new solution implementing valve body production policy in their Polish factory. The successfully implemented system optimises employees’ work as they perform the detailed system-monitored procedures which are determined quality standards.

The platform works via the Web, so can be managed from any number of workstations and by an unlimited number of people. Together with the system, we delivered new equipment from HDF’s selection. We equipped warehouse workers with the latest mobile terminals and printers that work with the system.

The implemented project constitutes the next step in improvements the organisation of work in the warehouse, increasing their effectiveness in supporting production. The system introduced more advanced capabilities for the detailed inspection of all processes: the new solution more accurately analyses warehouse inventory, receipts, releases and turnover, and the flow of components used in manufacture.

The new platform ordered has contributed to an increase in efficiency and reduction in manufacturing costs.
